Why we have these House Rules?
At Jellyhouse - Top Eyelash Extensions and Nail Salon in Rotterdam, our goal is to provide every client with a relaxing and enjoyable experience. To ensure the highest level of service and maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, we’ve established a set of house rules. These guidelines help us operate smoothly, respect everyone’s time, and ensure that all clients receive the best possible care during their visits. Additionally, We value and respect our colleagues' time, and these rules help us maintain a fair and balanced schedule for our team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these rules, as they allow us to continue offering the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from us.
Being Late?
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Being late(over 10 minute) may result in a shortened service time to accommodate the next client, or in some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This ensures that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients.
Cancellation
Please cancel your appointment at least 24-36 hours before the scheduled time to avoid a 100% charge.
*The confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling is only finalized upon our confirmation
Rescheduled
We understand that plans can change, and you’re always welcome to reschedule to a preferred time. However, last-minute rescheduling (on the same day) impacts our team’s schedule and prevents us from accommodating new clients in that slot. Therefore, a rescheduling fee of €20 will be charged to compensate for the vacant slot.
No show!
Please note that we do not offer refunds in any case of a no-show. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it is important to contact us in a timely manner. For urgent situations, please reach out via WhatsApp or call us directly; do not use email for urgent matters
Wrong Booking
Please make sure to double-check your booking before making the payment or reserve the spot online. In some cases, we may not be able to provide the service you want due to varying process times. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for this issue. However, we can reschedule your appointment for an additional fee of €20 as we cannot always fill the slot left vacant by the incorrect booking.
Client Conduct and Future Service
We strive to provide the best service possible and believe in fostering positive relationships with our clients. However, please note that if there are any instances of refusal to pay or inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to refuse service in the future.
If you’re not satisfied with the results of your service, we encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp so we can work together to find the best solution. Open communication is always more constructive than immediately posting a negative review, and we are always happy to address your concerns. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we’re committed to making things right.
